The Garden Hop Obby Egg Event brought an exciting new garden-themed adventure to Adopt Me! from May 17 to May 31, 2024. Players enjoyed a range of challenges, exclusive pets, and collectible rewards during this limited-time event. Here's everything that went down!

🏃‍♂️ Obby Challenges & Sundrops

Each day introduced a brand-new Obby course, with a total of 8 unique stages. Completing each stage earned players the following:

• An Age-Up Potion
• A Vault Key
• Sundrops – the event’s special currency

The amount of Sundrops rewarded grew exponentially with each stage:

• Stage 1: 10 Sundrops
• Stage 2: 20 Sundrops
• Stage 3: 40 Sundrops
• Stage 4: 80 Sundrops
• Stage 5: 160 Sundrops
• Stage 6: 320 Sundrops
• Stage 7: 640 Sundrops
• Stage 8: 1,280 Sundrops

🐍 Garden Snake Pet

By collecting 5,000 Sundrops, players could claim a Garden Snake (Common) pet from the Sunflower NPC in the Obby lobby.

After obtaining the snake, players could spend another 12,000 Sundrops to purchase additional Age-Up Potions.

🔐 Vault & Exclusive Rewards

Collecting all 8 Vault Keys gave players early access to the Vault before its public opening on May 31.

Inside, players found:

• A Mole (Uncommon) pet
• Two NPCs – Moss and Ross – offering exclusive trades for a hidden legendary pet:
• Trade a Neon Garden Snake to Moss
• Trade 6 Moles to Ross
• Both trades rewarded a Golden Tortoise Beetle (Legendary), which wasn’t hatchable from the Garden Egg.

🥚 Garden Egg Release (May 24, 2024)

The Garden Egg was added to the Nursery’s Gumball Machine for 750 Bucks.

Here are the rarity chances and pet list:

• Common – 35% (e.g., Garden Snake)
• Uncommon – 25% (e.g., Mole)
• Rare – 24% (e.g., Weevil, Blue Jay)
• Ultra-Rare – 12% (e.g., Praying Mantis, Skunk)
• Legendary – 4% (e.g., Rosy Maple Moth, Mushroom Friend)

🎨 Fan Art Contest

Adopt Me! hosted a fun community fan art contest during the event. Players submitted creative renditions of the new pets in the official Discord's #Color-Adopt-Me channel.

Winners were announced on May 30, and prizes included:

• Legendary pets like the Rosy Maple Moth and Mushroom Friend
• The exclusive Golden Tortoise Beetle
• Fly and Ride potions
