Released on October 21, 2024, the Cursed Showdown update brings a massive content drop to Anime Vanguards, the popular Roblox tower defense game. Players can look forward to new units, stages, modes, and numerous improvements that enhance gameplay and quality of life. Here’s a full breakdown of everything new:
🗺️ New Story Chapter & Stages
The update introduces a brand-new story arc inspired by Jujutsu Kaisen. The highlight is the Shibuya Station chapter, which features the intense Shibuya Massacre stage—available as a high-difficulty Legend Stage.

A total of 13 new units were added, spanning several rarities:
- Epic: Nazuka
- Legendary: Inamuki, Nobaba
- Mythic: Todu, Chaso, Gujo, Jag-o, Itaduri
- Exclusive Units:
