On May 18, 2023, Adopt Me! introduced one of its most exciting updates yet: the School & Hospital Refresh. This update completely reimagines the look and feel of the School and Hospital buildings on Adoption Island. Players can now take on new roles, explore fresh interiors, decorate themed homes, and enjoy over 40 new furniture items — all designed to boost immersion and roleplay fun.
📅 Adopt Me! Update – School & Hospital Refresh (May 18, 2023)
On May 18, 2023, Adopt Me! rolled out a major update called the School & Hospital Refresh. This exciting update revamped the interiors of both the School and Hospital on Adoption Island, enhancing role-playing opportunities, adding a wealth of new furniture, and launching a new gamepass.

School Improvements
- Redesigned Layout: The School now boasts refreshed interiors, including a modernized classroom, a dedicated pet training area, a principal's office, a computer lab, and a bustling cafeteria.
- New Job Roles: Players can now step into the shoes of a Teacher or Principal, with the added ability to care for other players' pets and babies while inside the school.
Hospital Enhancements
- Modernized Design: The Hospital was completely reimagined with new rooms and interactive features for players to explore.
- New Careers: Become a Doctor or Nurse and enjoy more immersive gameplay with increased interaction opportunities.
🏠 New Gamepass: School & Hospital Homes
A new School & Hospital Homes Gamepass allows players to own and personalize their very own Schoolhouse or Hospital-themed home.
- Price: Initially 600 Robux, later reduced to 510 Robux.
- Customization: These homes reflect the new building designs and can be decorated with specially themed furniture.

🛠️ Bug Fixes & Quality of Life Updates
- Fixed a floating tree issue in the Rain Shop.
- Resolved a bug where the “Edit Home” button vanished for some users.
- Corrected visual issues with Owl Wings and Neon/Mega Neon Lambs.
- Introduced a confirmation prompt when deleting a house to avoid accidental removal.
