Missed the spooky season? Here’s everything that dropped in Roblox Rivals' Halloween event—from Graveyard battles and dual-wield duels to Candy rewards and creepy cosmetics.

🎃 Spooky Event & Candy System

The Halloween update brought a festive twist to Roblox Rivals! Players could earn Candy by completing special Halloween challenges such as duels, victories, and eliminations. Completing all tasks awarded up to 28 Candies.

Candy Rush: For a limited time, players received double Candy rewards daily—up to 100 Candies—to help them progress faster.

Candy Shop: Candies were spendable in the in-game Shop on items like Haunted Chests, Random Wraps, Charms, and Finishers.

🗺️ Map Changes

• New Map – Graveyard: A spooky multi-level battleground with a haunted house and underground tunnels.
• Onyx Map Update: This map received a permanent visual refresh.
• Halloween Decorations: Temporary spooky decorations were added to various maps including Arena, Crossroads, Backrooms, Station, and more.

⚔️ New Limited-Time Mode: Double Trouble

This mode introduced 2v2 duels with players dual-wielding weapons—offering a fresh and exciting twist on traditional combat.

🔁 Rematch Feature

After a duel, players could vote to rematch. If all participants agreed, up to two rematches were allowed per match session.

🛒 Shop Updates

• Spooky Skin Case: Limited-time Halloween skins for all weapons.
• Haunted Chest: Contained themed wraps, charms, and finishers.
• Exclusive Items: RIP Finisher, Hallow Wrap, and Skull Charm—all purchasable with Candy.
• Daily Shop Enhancements: New free items each day, up to 5 skins displayed at once, and 40+ cosmetics available. Players could use keys to refresh the selection.

🎁 Haunted Chest Breakdown

Cost: 15 Candies per chest

Drop Rate: All items had an equal 3.33% chance of dropping.

🛠️ Weapon Balance Changes

• Minigun: Damage reduced from 9 to 8
• Paintball Gun: Now allows enemy shots through even when hit
• RPG: Direct hit damage lowered from 150 to 120; splash damage from 50 to 40
• Shotgun: Movement speed penalty removed; pellet count increased from 6 to 10
• Exogun: Direct hit damage decreased from 28 to 20; splash damage increased from 6 to 10
• Handgun: Damage increased from 10 to 11
• Revolver: Damage slightly reduced from 34 to 33
• Uzi: Damage increased from 7 to 8; aim spread reduced to 0°

🐞 Bug Fixes

• Fixed various UI glitches
• Resolved HUD bug affecting weapon previews
• Fixed duel pad exit issue that kept players queued
• Corrected Revolver ability-cancel exploit
• Fixed mobile keyboard glitch during teleportation
• Removed visual obstruction caused by fire particles
• Resolved finisher trigger when breaking objects
• Fixed rare bug showing weapons as MAX level incorrectly
• Resolved glitch that caused players to sprint abnormally fast

🎉 Other Highlights

• Exclusive Charms: Earned by defeating @chexworldwide, @EHoopie, or @h0ppy819
• Free Rewards: Players could claim two Haunted Chests and bonus items via a green button in the in-game patch notes

Note:

The Spooky Event has officially ended. Any leftover Candy was automatically converted into Haunted Chests, and all seasonal items and decorations have been removed from the game.
